The short version. Right now this site is a page describing a product we're building, plus a form to join a waitlist. If you join, we hold your email address so we can tell you when we launch. We don't sell it, we don't share it for advertising, and you can have it deleted by asking.
Tally is a trade name of Bear State Supply Company, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company. You can reach us at hello@tallycloset.com about anything in this policy.
| What | Where it comes from | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Email address | You type it into the waitlist form | To email you once, when we launch | Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it |
| IP address, browser and device type | Sent automatically by your browser | Security, and keeping bots out of the form | About 30 days in server logs |
That is the complete list. We are not running advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, or analytics that identify you personally.
Our hosting provider stores the site and receives form submissions on our behalf. They process that data for us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
As Tally grows we'll add more services — a database, error monitoring, product analytics, and affiliate networks that record which link you tapped. When any of those start handling your data, this page will say so before it happens, not after.
Whatever state or country you live in, you can ask us to:
Email hello@tallycloset.com and we'll do it. We won't treat you differently for asking.
To be straight about this: Bear State Supply Company, LLC is small enough that it does not currently meet the thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act legally binding on us. We're offering these rights anyway, because the alternative is pretending a waitlist needs a lawyer to get out of.
This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us an email address, write to us and we'll delete it.
The site is served over HTTPS and access to form submissions is restricted to the owner. No system is perfectly secure, and we'd rather say that plainly than imply a guarantee nobody can make.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is significant — new categories of data, new third parties — we'll note it on this page rather than quietly swapping the text.
