What this covers. These terms cover this website as it exists today: a page describing a product in development, with a form to join a waitlist. They'll be expanded when the product itself launches.
This site is operated by Bear State Supply Company, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company trading as Tally ("Tally", "we", "us"). By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

A page describing a product we are building, and a form to join a launch waitlist. The product is not available yet. Nothing here is an offer to sell anything, and we make no commitment about launch timing or final features.
Joining means we may email you about Tally's launch. You can unsubscribe from any email, or by writing to us. See our Privacy Policy for what we do with your address.
Joining does not entitle you to access, guarantee you a place, or create any obligation on our part.
Tally earns affiliate commissions. When the product launches, tapping a product and buying it from a retailer may earn us a commission from that retailer, at no additional cost to you.
This does not change what you pay, and it does not change what we show you. A higher commission does not move a product higher in your feed.
We also commit to this: an affiliate tracking link will only ever load as the direct result of something you deliberately tapped. No hidden frames, no background requests, no links fired without your action.
Don't probe or attack the site, submit other people's email addresses, scrape it, or automate submissions.
The text and design on this site belong to us. You may read and share them; you may not republish them as your own.
Retailer and brand names that appear on this site belong to their owners. Mentioning them is descriptive and does not imply a partnership or endorsement unless we say so explicitly.
This site is provided as is. We don't promise it will be available, error-free, or accurate. The product described is in development and may change substantially or not ship at all.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and material changes will be noted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
